主要研究方向为环境催化,包括:水中污染物电催化、均相催化处理技术及机理,气态污染物的催化处理技术及原理等。2016年入选杭州师范大学卓越人才,先后主持国家和省市纵向科研项目7项。在“J. Catal.”、“Electrochim. Acta”、“Sci. Rep.”、“Int. J. Electrochem. Sci.”、“J. Phys. Chem. C”、“J. Mol. Catal. A: Chem.”、“Appl. Surf. Sci.”、“化工学报”等国内外学术刊物上发表有关环境污染控制方面的论文26篇(其中被SCI/EI收录论文22篇)。
